Below I will inform you about the purpose for which I collect, store or forward personal data. In addition, I provide information about the rights that customers can exercise within the framework of data protection.

Collection and purpose of data processing: 

The processing (collection, storage, use and storage) of your personal data is based on the agreed scope of advice and the legal requirements to fulfill the purpose of the advice and the associated obligations. Data is collected as part of the consultation and only data that is related to the consultation is processed. Personal information such as personal details and contact details are collected and the conversations carried out during the consultation are documented. If necessary and in consultation with customers, I work with online test portals. The use of such portals is on a voluntary basis. To use these portals, it is generally not necessary to collect personal data relevant to protection. Only the date of birth and gender are necessary for the application of the applicable standards for some tests. If you want to use these test portals using your own IT infrastructure, you will also need to provide an email address.
 

Duration of storage:

According to data protection laws in Switzerland, I am not allowed to retain your application documents and data indefinitely. On the contrary, I can only keep them for the original purpose (the consulting purpose for which you contacted me). As soon as our consultation ends, as per your request, this purpose ceases to exist. Consequently, your documents and data are no longer needed for processing, and I am obliged to anonymize or delete them.

 

Transfer of data: 

No data will be passed on to other recipients without your consent. You can revoke authorizations that have already been granted in whole or in part at any time.

 

Information, inspection and publication: 

You have the right to receive information about your personal data at any time. You can view consultation minutes or request a copy. The publication of the paper copy is subject to a fee. Any costs, which depend on the effort involved in creating the copy, will be communicated to you in advance.
